Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur no fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If you reschedule within 24 hours, this fee may be waived as a one-time courtesy, depending on availability. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a $25 no-show fee, charged to the credit card on file. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability, and full payment will still be required. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to the same cancellation policy as outlined above. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
